Nope! Premium eco‑friendly detergent and softener are automatically included with every wash.

Yes — even king size. Use our XL 20kg or Jumbo 30kg washers and dryers.

Yes — there is a dedicated 20kg pet washer for large pet blankets.

Absolutely — please use the dedicated pet machines only.

All machines accept Tap & Pay (credit/debit). Coins are also accepted ($1 and $2).

Yes — pay by card on the kiosk and, if you are signed up, we email you a receipt automatically.

We are a self‑service laundromat and do not offer drop‑off washing or dry cleaning.

Yes! We are proudly locally owned and born‑and‑raised in Drummoyne.

Our house rules allow removing finished loads and if all other machines are occupied. Please be respectful and place items neatly on the folding table.

1. Check your pockets — remove coins, keys, tissues, and other items.
2. Load your laundry — don’t overload; leave room for clothes to move.
3. Select options — for washers choose your wash cycle; for dryers choose the temperature.
4. Payment — tap your card/phone at the kiosk or scan the QR code, or insert $1/$2 coins as shown on the machine screen.
5. Press Start on the machine.
